| Whenever possible TTL prefer to provide a support package that is customised to fit each organisations individual IT needs. As a guide to our charges we have listed the main services we provide and typical costs. Gold Care Many businesses choose for us to visit regularly (for example once a month, bi-monthly, etc). This means that they can maintain a list of non-urgent IT issues in the knowledge that TTL will be visiting to provide regular maintenance, support, advice, installation, network administration and troubleshooting. The following table lists typical costs, but please note it is always possible to customise the number of visits Gold Care includes, and the frequency. An urgent on-site visit can be booked at any time. This support package includes:
Ad-hoc on-site and help desk support If all you require is help with a specific task and do not require our services on an ongoing basis, the cost for this is £68.25 per hour, plus VAT. Training - End-user The TTL charge for end user training by the day, not by the person, is £300.00 per day, plus VAT. Maximum number of trainees 6. Training can be provided on-site, for which TTL will provide suitable equipment. IT Support and Technical The TTL charge for IT support and technical user training by the day, not by the person, is £470.00 per day, plus VAT. Maximum number of trainees 6.
