This busy firm contacted us because they were finding their existing IT unreliable and frustrating. We visited, chatted to people about the problems they were experiencing and then recommended the solution we thought would work for them and their business.
How We Help: Proactive IT Support Contract
We were contacted by Charles Fraser because they knew their IT system needed to be improved. Their server was old and needing replacement and their email system was no longer fit for a busy growing business. We helped them decide the best way forward, replacing their server with an new one running Microsoft Server 2016 Essentials. Ensuring that transition was as smooth and painless as possible.
Once that was complete we moved their email to Office 365. The reason we did the server work and email work in two separate stages was to ensure the minimum disruption to their business and clients.
We now visit the company every two months to provide proactive support to ensure their IT continues to run smoothly and give technical advice and guidance. We are also available if they have any day to day issues, via phone, remote support or onsite – as needed.
